Healthy Living Block | The Well

Conceived as a new civic destination in the heart of downtown Norman, The Well brings healthcare, education, recreation, and community together in a single walkable campus. The project creates a welcoming place where residents of all backgrounds can gather, learn, exercise, and access essential resources that support healthier lives.

Organized around a central covered hub, two complementary buildings frame a flexible public space that serves as the heart of the development. Community gathering areas, educational spaces, healthcare services, and the Norman Farm Market are thoughtfully integrated to encourage connection while creating a destination that remains active throughout the day.

Flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, abundant natural light, and an inviting public realm create a civic campus designed to strengthen community, promote wellness, and adapt to the evolving needs of Norman for years to come.
