Krum City Hall | Interior Renovation

Once a historic church that served generations of the Krum community, this adaptive reuse project reimagines a familiar landmark as the city's new civic home. Rather than replacing the building, the design preserves its legacy while introducing a renewed sense of purpose for the next chapter of the community.

The renovation carefully integrates a new council chamber, modern municipal offices, and a sculptural stair that connects old and new. Contemporary interventions are intentionally restrained, allowing the character of the original structure to remain the defining presence while creating a functional workplace for city staff and a familiar destination for residents.
